Pair of Tokyo stools by Rodney Kinsman for Bieffeplast
Description
Additional information
This design by the Englishman Rodney Kinsman deserves no introduction. Manufactured in Italy by Bieffeplast throughout the 1980s’, the Tokyo stool is a bit of an icon of the Italian postmodern design era. The minimalist aesthetic of this piece is punctuated by two arcs of a circle that make what would have been an otherwise a dull design stand out. The seats have been reupholstered in a quality matte black vinyl.
In good vintage condition, with minor wear on the paint of the all-black stool.
