HUGE MUSHROOM table lamp by Base

Here’s a big format mushroom-shaped lamp from a mysterious Italian manufacturer called Base. Entirely made of glass, the lamp is composed of two parts; a bright yellow base on which sits a white diffuser. No information subsists on the web to this day about the producer or the designer behind this stunning lamp, except for the original tag “BASE – Made in Italy” still present at the bottom of the lamp.
