The Dallas chair was designed in 1975 by Paolo Favaretto for the Canadian furniture brand Kinetics. It showcases the manufacturing capabilities of the company at its best. Surely inspired by Rodney Kinsman’s Omkstak chair and its signature stamped steel seat and backrest riveted to a tubular frame, the Dallas chair was a first collaboration with an Italian designer. The chair was also licensed to the Italian brand Talin for production and distribution on the European market.
