Designed in 1978 by Rutger Andersson, the SMED coatrack was introduced in the 1983 catalog of the Swedish manufacturer IKEA. The 8 hooks and the three legs can all be rotated around the central mast to offer different configurations that fit the needs of the users. The hooks are made of plastic while the central shaft and legs are made of black powder-coated steel.
In great vintage condition.
