An iconic piece of 1960s’ Italian design, the PLIA chair revolutionized the concept of the folding chair with its 3-disk pivot mechanism as the principal design component. Designed in 1967 by Giancarlo Piretti for Anonima Castelli, the chair is still in production as of today, a testimony of its functional, aesthetical and commercial success. This shade of light pink is unique to the early productions of the chair.
Visible scratches and scuffing on the acrylic seat and backrest. No crack or chip.
