The RAPPEN chair has reached the status of a cult object in the history of IKEA and design in general. It was designed by the famous Danish designer Niels Gammelgaard in 1983. Foldable and lightweight, the chair has a seat and backrest made of square wire mesh which gives it a very graphic character and makes it perfect for a variety of both indoor and outdoor settings. These chairs were professionally refinished in a glossy yellow powder coat with a slight texture to better whitstand wear and corrosion.
In great vintage condition.
