Originally sold as DIY assembly kits shipped by mail, the Delta lamps were part of the 1976 catalog from the Danish lighting company Hoyrup. Composed of a series of plastic diffusers that rest into another and stay in place with the held of gravity, the lamps from the Delta collection have a definite Scandinavian aesthetic and share formal similarities with of some of the most iconic lighting designs of the Mid-century era (e.g. Louis Poulsen’s PH collection).
In great vintage condition. Completely rewired with 8 feet of cord. Includes mounting hardware.
